On or about November 4th and 5th, 2013, approximately $11,540 worth of criminal mischief was done to various structures within Eagle Point Park. During the investigation, police received and pursued 2 anonymous tips provided through Dubuque/Jo Daviess County Crime Stoppers. As a result of the tips and subsequent investigation, 4 juvenile suspects were identified and charged with Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree (a Class D Felony). The juveniles are identified as Ethan E. Peacock (15), Kyle M. Mills (15), Andrew A. Meyer (14), and Alex J. Pinto (14), all of Dubuque. Each was placed on 1 year supervised probation and ordered to pay $2,885 restitution.
