Effective immediately, 8th Street will be closed between Hill Street and Bluff Street for emergency water main repair with an anticipated re-open scheduled for Wednesday, February 26 at 8 AM. Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route and to use caution in the area of temporary traffic control.
