W. 5th St will be closed between Main and Locust Streets for the Dock Dog Event at the Five Flags Center on Tuesday, November 12th at 9 am thru Sunday, November 17th at 9 pm. Motorists are encouraged to follow the posted detour during this time and to use caution in the area of temporary traffic control.
