The 3rd multi-agency safety and enforcement project of the summer was conducted on July 17th, 2013, and involved the Dubuque Police, Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, Iowa State Patrol, Dubuque Animal Control and Dubuque Park Patrol.
The 3rd multi-agency safety and enforcement project of the summer was conducted on July 17th, 2013, and involved the Dubuque Police, Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, Iowa State Patrol, Dubuque Animal Control and Dubuque Park Patrol. The west side of the city was the primary focus of this most recent project with specific attention to traffic violations, issues in parks, and animal control matters - such as vaccination and licensing violations.
The project was operational from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and officers from the above agencies issued traffic citations, warnings and municipal infractions. The specific number & nature of offenses were as follows:
