Pearl Street will closed between a point 160' West of McCormick Street to O'Hagen Street beginning at 8 AM on Tuesday May 14 for private utility work with anticipated re-open at 5 PM Wednesday May 15. Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route. Access to the University of Dubuque parking lot will be accessible from McCormick Street.
