The City of Dubuque Public Works Department will be closing Pennsylvania Avenue between Seipple Road and Heacock Road for street repairs starting Tuesday, October 16, 2012. Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:00 pm on Tuesday. For the remainder of Tuesday there will be one lane of traffic overnight until 7:30 am Wednesday, October 17th.
