On June 1st, 2012, at 3:22 p.m. Dubuque Police arrested Cory Lee Parker DOB 08/28/84, at his residence, 2739 Beverly Ave., Dubuque, on a warrant for “Tampering with a Witness”. The charge resulted from Parker’s alleged attempts to intimidate a witness in the Vandermillen/Dubuque Pawn On-going Criminal Conduct investigation.
Tampering with a Witness is an aggravated misdemeanor, punishable by a fine between $625 and $6,250, and up to 2 years in prison. Parker is currently being held in the Dubuque County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond. His initial court appearance is scheduled for Saturday morning.
