The City of Dubuque Public Works Department will be repairing South Locust Street near HyVee. Traffic will be reduced to one northbound lane from 7 AM on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, through 5 PM on Thursday, April 26. Work should be completed by 5 PM on Thursday, April 26, weather permitting.
