On March 19th, 2012 at 2:21 p.m., Dubuque Police responded to 695 Caledonia Place on the report of a Burglary in progress involving a gun.
On March 19th, 2012 at 2:21 p.m., Dubuque Police responded to 695 Caledonia Place on the report of a Burglary in progress involving a gun. Resident Maranda A. Turner, 25, was present inside with Zachary A. Schultz, 20, & Nicholas D. Copeland, 25, both of Dubuque; and Brent J. Hutchcroft, 19, of Bellevue, IA. According to the occupants of the residence, three suspects allegedly entered uninvited, one armed with a gun. The suspects stole property from the occupants and residence. None of the victims were injured. Prior to police arrival, the suspects fled in a vehicle that was later located unoccupied.
The investigation led to the identification of all 3 suspects. One, identified as Robert “Robby” R. Williams Jr., 18, of 210 Peterson #2, Peosta, IA, was located and arrested the same day on a charge of Burglary 1st Degree. He is being held in the Dubuque County Jail on a $250,000 bond. A second suspect, Tony M. Henry Jr., 20, of 641 ½ W. 11th St., Dubuque, was arrested at 1626 Central Avenue on March 26th at approximately 7:45 p.m. after members of the Dubuque Police Tactical Unit executed a search warrant at that location. Henry was taken into custody without incident on a warrant charging Burglary 1st Degree. He is being held in the Dubuque County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
The third suspect, Dominique E. D. Parker, 18, of Dubuque, remains at large. Anyone with information regarding this investigation, to include the location of Parker, is asked to call the Dubuque Police Department.
Burglary 1st Degree is a Class B Felony punishable by up to 25 years incarceration.
As with any criminal case, the charges filed are allegations and any suspect(s) charged are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.
