[ARCHIVED] Closure: Valley Street, between Riker St. & Southern Ave.

Effective immediately, Valley Street will be closed to all traffic between Riker Street and Southern Avenue to replace a storm sewer manhole. Anticipated opening: 5 PM, February 27.
