Beginning at 7 AM on Friday, September 23, 2011, 10th Street, between Iowa Street and Central Avenue, will be closed to traffic. This closure is being made to accommodate the asphalt paving of 10th Street, between Iowa and Main Streets. This work is part of the Historic Millwork District Complete Streets Project. It is anticipated that the street will re-open at 12 noon on Saturday, September 24. The City of Dubuque appreciates your patience during this project.
