University Avenue is closed to westbound traffic between Alta Vista and Nevada Streets for new sewer and water service installations. Westbound traffic on University Avenue is directed to travel north on Alta Vista Street, west of Martha Street, and south on Nevada Street back to University Avenue. Eastbound traffic will be unaffected. Anticipated opening: 5 PM, September 21.
