The final operation of the 2011 Operation Falcon project was completed on August 18th, 2011. During the six-phase operation, 327 individuals were arrested on a total of 542 warrants.
The final operation of the 2011 Operation Falcon project was completed on August 18th, 2011. During the six-phase operation, 327 individuals were arrested on a total of 542 warrants. Of those 542 warrants, 255 were for felonies or aggravated misdemeanors and 124 of the warrants involved 77 individuals believed to have some level of gang affiliation. Agencies involved in the project included: U.S. Marshals, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Immigration & Customs Enforcement, U.S. Probation/Parole, Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation, Iowa State Patrol, Iowa Probation/Parole, Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office and the Dubuque Police Department.
