University Avenue will be closed to all traffic between Asbury Rd. and Finley St. beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday to repair a water service line. Eastbound traffic on Universtiy will be detoured south onto Finley and north onto Mineral and O'Hagen back to University. Westbound traffic will be detoured north onto Asbury and west onto Green to Finley back to University. Business and homes on University between Asbury and Finley will have access at the Asbury/University intersection Motorists can expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes if possible. Anticipated opening: 5:00 p.m. Tuesday.
