There are five easy ways to register for City of Dubuque summer activities and classes.
1. Online registration at http://activenet.active.com/dbqparkrec. Online registration is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. A convenience fee will be charged based upon the total amount of your class registration.
2. Mail in your completed registration form and payment to the Leisure Services Department at 2200 Bunker Hill Road, Dubuque, Iowa 52001-3010.
3. Fax in your completed registration form using a MasterCard or Visa credit card 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Our fax number is 563-589-4391.
4. Drop off your completed registration form and payment to our office located at 2200 Bunker Hill Road between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
5. After-hours drop-off. Place your completed registration form and payment inside a sealed envelope and drop it off in the mail slot of our office door located at 2200 Bunker Hill Road.
