[ARCHIVED] Fitness Transformation

An exciting new program, Fitness Transformation, is being offered through the Leisure Services Department.

Whether you need motivation to get off the couch, want to tone lean muscle and build core strength, or are looking to get into ultimate shape for the summer months, Fitness Transformation will help you reach your goals! The level of commitment is high, but so are the results. Classes will be held every day, Monday through Friday. Each day will be a creative and structured combination of aerobic exercise and sculpting that will guarantee fitness success.

Instructor, Tristan Beauchamp of UFitness, will work with each person in the class to help ensure you meet your personal goals. The total number of participants able to register is kept low in order to allow Tristan to be able to work with each individual that is registered for the class. Tristan not only takes you through a great workout each day but will work with you on your nutrition needs and meeting your ultimate goals! Sign up soon to assure your spot in one of his classes and get ready to work toward your fitness goals! The classes run Monday through Friday, but don't worry if you have to miss a day or two Tristan will be sure to work with you to still get what you are looking for in this fitness class.
