The City of Dubuque, through the Dubuque Fire Department (DFD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide Fire Cost Recovery Billing and Comprehensive Cost Recovery Services.  The selected vendor will provide a full range of billing, collections, accounts receivable management, reporting, compliance support, and training services necessary to operate a municipal fire cost recovery billing program.
