Sealed bids for the work comprising the improvement as stated below must be received before 1:00 p.m. (local time), March 21, 2024 in the Office of the Airport Director. Sealed bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and tabulated for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary for the Dubuque Regional Airport:

Reconstruct GA Apron – Phase 1 Construction

Project will include: Demolition and construction of apron pavement with associated grading, drainage improvements, and concrete paving. Approximate quantities include 6,400 CY of unclassified excavation, 12,000 SY of pavement removals, 12,000 SY of concrete pavement section, 10,700 LF of compression joint seals, and 700 LF of storm sewer. The Engineer’s opinion of probable construction cost is $2,600,000 and $3,000,000.
