The eastbound lanes of the bridge will be closed from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day to allow for the inspections.
Eastbound traffic on U.S. Highway 20 will be detoured around the closure using U.S. Highways 61/151, and state highways 11 and 35 in Wisconsin and Illinois.
The inspections are in preparation for an upcoming rehabilitation project expected to begin in late May or early June.
