Collection Services

The City of Dubuque’s offers curbside collection services to all single-family through six unit multi-family households within the city limits. The curbside collection program includes trash, recyclables, food scraps/yard waste, special item pick-up.

Request a New or Replacement Cart

To request a new or replacement trash, recycling, or yard waste/food scrap cart, fill out a collection change form or call Public Works at 563-589-4250.
