The City of Dubuque Finance Department is responsible for miscellaneous billings that include, but are not limited to:

  • Leases

  • Sidewalk and excavation permits
  • Water tests
The Finance department is responsible for invoicing and collecting payments for various billings. The department delivering the service is responsible for the computation of fees.
