  6. Submitting more than one design? Please submit a separate form for each concept.

  7. Deadline to submit design concepts is September 1, 2020. Artists will be notified by September 7, 2020 if they have been selected. The artist is required to notify the City a minimum of five working days before starting the project, so the storm drain can be prepped and cleaned. All murals must be completed by October 31, 2020. Upon project completion, the artist will receive a $500 stipend for each mural painted. For questions, please call 563.690.6068. Thank you!
