10th St. & Washington St. Closures

10^th Street will be closed between Jackson St. and Washington St. for construction staging and utility work from 7 AM Monday, November 4^th to 5 PM Tuesday, November 5th. Washington Street will be closed between 10^th and 11^th Street for construction staging and utility work from 7 AM to 5 PM Thursday, November 7^th.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
