On May 29, 2019, the Dubuque Police Department, along with the Asbury Police Department, Iowa State Patrol and the City of Dubuque Animal control conducted a multi-agency safety and enforcement project that targeted the high impact call areas of the city. The project focus was on traffic violations, pedestrian contacts and animal contacts throughout the west end of Dubuque.
The project was operational from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The specific number & nature of offenses were as follows:
