Bee Branch Creek Maintenance Facility (Former Blum Co.)
Update Tonight - Tune In! 

At tonight's City Council work session, City staff will provide an update and seek direction from the City Council on the redevelopment of the former Blum Co. site located at 16th St. and Elm St.

After the property goes through the Brownfields Cleanup Program, the site is scheduled to become a maintenance facility and outdoor recreational space. Tune in around 6:45 p.m. to learn more! The work session will be broadcast as a Facebook Live event (www.facebook.com/cityofdubuque), aired on CityChannel Dubuque (Mediacom channels 8 and 117.2) and streamed online at www.cityofdubuque.org/media.
