New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying two subjects who allegedly shoplifted merchandise from Target, 3500 Dodge St, in Dubuque on multiple occasions. The incidents occurred from May of 2018 to March of 2019. If you have information please submit it here.
