The Carnegie-Stout Public Library and the Dubuque Multicultural Family Center are open as warming centers in Dubuque this week during the following hours:
Carnegie-Stout Public Library, 360 W. 11th Street:
- Tuesday & Wednesday, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Thursday, 1 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Multicultural Family Center, 1157 Central Avenue:
- Tuesday-Thursday, noon - 8 p.m.
