Collection Changes for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

There will be no refuse and recycling collection on Monday, Jan. 21. Instead, these collections will be made on the previous Saturday, Jan. 19.

However, the Dubuque Metropolitan Landfill will be open on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
