New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who allegedly stole merchandise from Casey’s General Store, 2699 Rockdale Rd in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 12/01/18 at approximately 11:30 PM.  If you have information please submit it here.
