New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who allegedly shoplifted merchandise from Hy-Vee, 3500 Dodge St in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 10/12/18 at approximately 6:00 PM.  The suspect is possibly associated with a Chevy Spark.  If you have information please submit it here.
