Elm Street Closure - 1300 block

Elm Street will be closed for private water service repair in the 1300 block from 7 AM tomorrow, Thursday October 18^th to 5 PM Friday October 19^th.  Motorists will need to follow the posted detour.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
