New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying subjects who allegedly shoplifted merchandise from Walmart, 4200 Dodge St, in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 08/30/18 at approximately 3:30 PM.  The suspects are possibly associated with black SUV with Wisconsin plates.  If you have information please submit it here.
