JFK Lane Closures - between Pennsylvania and Kennedy Circle

Due to weather predictions, the southbound lanes of JFK will be closed in two (2) locations for water main and hydrant work between Pennsylvania and Kennedy Circle from 6 PM Wednesday October 10^th to 6 PM Thursday October 11^th. Two-way traffic will remain open.  Southbound traffic will be merged and shifted into one northbound lane, while northbound traffic will be merged into the remaining northbound lane.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Water Department at 563-589-4294.
