New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying three subjects who allegedly shoplifted merchandise from Shopko, 255 JFK Rd in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 08/18/18 at approximately 5:00 PM.   If you have information please submit it here.
