New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who allegedly shoplifted merchandise from Hy-Vee, 400 S. Locust St in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 08/26/18 at approximately 4:42 PM.  The suspect is possibly associated with a white Honda Civic.  The incident occurred on 04/05/18.  If you have information please submit it here.
