New CityChannel Dubuque Programming

More than 16,000 people toured the historic USS LST-325 Navy ship that was in Dubuque recently.  The visit officially began with a ceremony beneath the Riverwalk gazebo on Wednesday afternoon, August 22.  We recorded that event and a couple of days later, the ship's captain gave me a tour of the vessel.  Both are combined in a 70-minute program that premieres tonight (Friday, August 31) at 9 p.m. on CityChannel Dubuque (Mediacom cable channel 8 or digital 117.2) and on the City's website.

Another new program now on the air is our annual look at the new Art on the River sculptures.  You can also catch that on CityChannel Dubuque or by clicking here.  Our new Southwest Arterial construction update will begin running tomorrow.

Just a reminder that we'll have live coverage of the Labor Day Parade in downtown Dubuque on Monday beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Thanks,
