New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who was allegedly involved in a burglary to a vehicle parked in the 2500 block of University Ave in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 07/19/18 at approximately 1:11 AM.  If you have information please submit it here.
