New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who allegedly shoplifted merchandise from Walmart, 4200 Dodge St in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 06/27/18 at approximately 2:45 PM.  The suspect is possibly associated with a white Kia Sorrento.  If you have information please submit it here.
