New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying two subjects who allegedly shoplifted merchandise from Walmart, 4200 Dodge St in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 06/21/18 at approximately 5:31 PM.  The suspects are possibly associated with a maroon and grey minivan.  If you have information please submit it here.
