New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who was allegedly involved in a credit card fraud case.  The incident occurred on 04/22/18 at approximately 11:25 AM at Walgreens, 325 E. 20^th St in Dubuque.   If you have information please submit it here.
