City Offices Closed on Memorial Day

DUBUQUE, Iowa – City of Dubuque offices will be closed on Monday, May 28, for the Memorial Day holiday.  This includes City Hall and other City department offices.  

There will be no refuse, yard waste or curbside recycling collections by City crews on Monday, May 28.  These collections will be made instead on the preceding Saturday, May 26, and must be set out by 6 a.m. The Dubuque Metro Landfill will be closed all day on Memorial Day, May 28.

The Jule, Dubuque’s public transit system, will not operate on Memorial Day.

For non-emergency issues during City office closures, please call 563-589-4415.  In the case of an emergency, always call 911.
