New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who was allegedly involved in a theft at Best Buy in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 05/06/18 at approximately 6:45 PM.  The suspect is possibly associated with a maroon Hyundai 4-door car.  If you have information please submit it here.
