New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying two subjects who were allegedly involved in a theft at Target in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 04/30/18 at approximately 9:15 PM.  The suspects are associated with a grey or silver SUV.  If you have information please submit it here.
