It's Temporary Event Season!
With upcoming food festivals and events, here are a few key items to keep in mind while operating a temporary food booth:
1. A handwashing station is required unless food is packaged prior to the event
2. Food on display must be protected from contamination
3. When using time as a control for safety, documentation is required
4. A log must be used to document employees working during events
