New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who allegedly stole merchandise at Hy-Vee, 3500 Dodge St, in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 03/03/18 at around 7:00 PM.  The suspect is possibly associated with a grey car.   If you have information please submit it here.
