New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying two subjects who allegedly stole merchandise at Shopko in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 1/22/18 at around 5:33 PM.  The merchandise consisted of several video games valued at approximately $56.    If you have information please submit it here.
