New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying two suspects who allegedly used stolen credit cards to make over $2,500 in fraudulent purchases at Target and Best Buy in Dubuque.  The cards were stolen and subsequently used by the suspects on 01/14/18.  The suspects are associated with a red 1998 Ford F-150 truck.  If you have information please submit it here.
