New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a group of four subjects who were allegedly involved in damaging a stop arm in a City of Dubuque parking ramp located at 501 Iowa St.  The stop arm was broken off causing approximately $100 in damage.  The incident occurred on 02/11/18 at approximately 01:45 AM.  If you have information please submit it here.
