Jule Transit Operations Moving to New Facility

DUBUQUE, Iowa – The City of Dubuque Jule Transit Operations Center staff will be moving from 2401 Central Ave. to the newly constructed Jule Operations and Training Center at 949 Kerper Blvd. The move will occur on Thursday, Jan. 25, and Friday, Jan. 26, requiring closure of the Central Avenue operations office on those days. 

Beginning on Friday, Jan. 26, The Jule’s operations functions will dispatch from the new location. Routes will be adjusted due to the new morning starting location of the buses.  These route changes will be announced at a later date. 

Ticket sales and other administrative inquiries will continue to be handled at the Intermodal Center at 950 Elm St. The fixed-route, 563-589-4196, and paratransit, 563-690-6464, phone numbers will not change because of the location change.  Both fixed-route and MiniBus phones will continue to be answered during the move.

A public ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held later this spring.
