City Investigating Sanitary Sewer Leak
DUBUQUE,Iowa -- The City of Dubuque is monitoring a probable sanitary sewer leak into the storm sewer system along Kerper Bvd. near the US 61/151 on- and off-ramps.
Weekly water sampling tests are being taken to further understand and identify the source of the potential leak. The City will continue to provide updates to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources as required.
Signs are posted in areas affected by the bypass. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources cautions people to keep their children and pets away from the posted area.
